How do I know this jar hasn't been refilled locally?
Genuine Simple Kind To Skin packs arrive sealed directly from the UK distributor, and the jar lid shows an unbroken factory seal on first opening. Check that the packaging box feels sturdy and shows no signs of reopening, and inspect the cream itself for uniform texture and colour with no separation or settling. If the seal appears tampered with, the box shows water damage, or the product inside looks discoloured or grainy, contact us immediately before use.
How much should I apply and how often will one jar last?
Use a fingertip amount on clean skin once or twice daily, massaging gently into face and neck until fully absorbed. This 125ml jar typically lasts four to six weeks with regular twice-daily use, though daily variation means your timeline may shift based on how generously you apply it. For body areas, use a slightly larger portion and focus on particularly dry zones like elbows and hands.
What should first-time users expect from this moisturiser?
Your skin may feel softer and less tight within three to five days of consistent use, though some people notice hydration changes more gradually. The rich formula absorbs without leaving a greasy film, so your skin should feel nourished rather than oily by morning. If your skin shows any unusual redness or irritation after the first few applications, stop using it and patch-test on a small area.
