How do I know if my jar is genuine and not refilled?
When your Olay Regenerist arrives, examine the seal around the lid carefully—it must show no signs of tampering or previous opening. The base of the jar should display a clear manufacturing date printed directly onto the glass, and the cream inside should be uniformly white or pale ivory in color. If the seal appears loose, the date is faded, or the contents look yellowed or separated, contact us before using the product.
What is the correct way to apply this night cream?
Use a clean fingertip or disposable spatula to scoop a small amount—roughly the size of a pea—and warm it gently between your palms before pressing it into your clean, dry facial skin. Avoid the immediate eye area and allow the cream to absorb fully before resting; most users find two to three minutes is sufficient. One jar typically lasts between two and four months depending on how generously you apply it each evening.
What should I expect during my first week of use?
Your skin may feel softer and more hydrated after your first application, though visible changes to texture and tone develop gradually over several weeks of consistent nightly use. Some people experience minor sensitivity initially, which usually settles within a few days as skin adjusts. If irritation persists beyond one week, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist before resuming.
