Comfortable Luxury Boss Chair (FT-HM09) Pro Gray costs ৳37,024 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD. It was previously ৳88,400.
How can you spot a genuine Furnitex import versus a counterfeit or repackaged chair?
When your FT-HM09 arrives, the first thing to examine is the packaging itself, which should bear Furnitex's official branding and the manufacturer's seal intact without signs of tampering or previous opening. The product label must clearly display the model number FT-HM09, the country of origin marked as China, and Furnitex's authorized distributor information printed in sharp, professional quality lettering that does not appear faded or poorly aligned. Counterfeit versions often arrive in damaged boxes, with misaligned text, spelling errors on the label, or missing the holographic verification sticker that genuine Furnitex imports include on the underside of the seat base.
Inside the box, all metal components should feel substantial and show consistent manufacturing marks, while fake or refilled packs often contain lighter-gauge steel or plastic substitutes that rattle when you shake them gently. The fabric covering the cushion should have a uniform weave with no loose threads, and the stitching along seams must be even and tight rather than crooked or bunched. If the chair arrives without the original assembly manual printed on quality paper with Furnitex's watermark, or if the bolts and screws are loose or rusty before you have even opened the package, you are likely holding a repackaged or counterfeit unit that should be refused at delivery.
What is the right way to assemble and position this chair in your workspace?
Your FT-HM09 comes flat-packed from the factory and requires approximately thirty to forty-five minutes of assembly using basic hand tools that most households already have available in their toolbox. Begin by laying all components on a clean, flat surface and matching each part against the assembly diagram before inserting any bolts, ensuring you understand the correct orientation of the backrest and armrests so you do not accidentally reverse them during installation. Tighten every bolt in two passes, first to finger-tight and then with your tool applied with steady pressure, rather than all at once, which prevents cross-threading and ensures equal pressure across all connection points.
Once assembled, place your chair on a level, solid floor in your work area, making certain it sits firmly without rocking or tilting in any direction because an unstable base will cause discomfort during long sitting sessions. Position the chair away from direct afternoon sunlight and never place it against exterior walls where monsoon moisture might seep through during the rainy season, as dampness will weaken the fabric and encourage mold growth on the cushioning materials. The gray finish works well in any professional home office, study room, or bedroom workspace without requiring additional décor adjustments.
How often should you use this chair and what should a first-time user expect during the first weeks?
The FT-HM09 is engineered for people who sit for extended periods, whether that means four, five, or even six consecutive hours of work or study at your desk, making it suitable for anyone whose daily routine involves focused screen time, writing, reading, or professional tasks. During your first week of use, you may notice the cushioning feels slightly firmer than a brand-new foam product because Furnitex uses compressed, high-density padding that breaks in gradually to match your body's shape and weight distribution patterns over time. This initial firmness is actually a sign of quality, as it means your chair will maintain its supportive properties for years rather than flattening out within months like cheaper alternatives do.
By the second or third week, the seat and backrest will conform more noticeably to your posture, and you will likely find that your neck, shoulders, and lower back experience less strain during those long working hours compared to sitting on ordinary office furniture or dining chairs. Some users report that switching to a proper boss chair reduces end-of-day fatigue and makes it easier to maintain good posture naturally without conscious effort or expensive orthopedic adjustments to their workspace setup.
What maintenance habits keep your chair looking new and functioning smoothly?
Your FT-HM09 will serve your family reliably for many years if you follow simple weekly care routines that take only a few minutes and require nothing more than a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Wipe the seat cushion and backrest surfaces gently every seven to ten days to prevent dust and body oils from accumulating in the fabric weave, which would otherwise cause the gray color to appear dingy and worn over time. Never use harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scouring pads because these will damage the fabric's color and texture, potentially creating permanent stains that cannot be removed.
Every three months, inspect all visible bolts and fasteners underneath the seat and along the backrest frame, then tighten any that have loosened through normal use and movement, which keeps the chair structurally sound and prevents wobbling that develops when connections gradually weaken over time. Keep your chair in a climate-controlled indoor space with moderate humidity and stable temperature ranges, avoiding placement in damp basements, uninsulated storage rooms, or areas near air conditioning units that create rapid temperature swings which can warp the wooden components and weaken adhesive joints.
What conditions or situations mean this chair might not be suitable for someone?
The FT-HM09 is designed for standard adult use and is not recommended for children under twelve years old without supervision, as the height and firmness are calibrated for adult body weights and proportions rather than smaller frames. People who are recovering from recent back surgery or experiencing acute spinal conditions should consult their healthcare provider before using this or any office chair, since proper medical guidance about seating support is more important than product features in those temporary situations. If you have severe allergies to synthetic fabrics or polyurethane foam materials, you should verify with Furnitex customer service that no components contain substances you must avoid, as the cushioning core is compressed polyurethane standard to this product category.
This chair is intended for indoor use only and should never be placed in outdoor spaces, garages, or covered balconies where direct rain exposure, salt air, or extreme temperature fluctuations would degrade the materials and void any manufacturer understanding about expected lifespan and performance.
What happens when your order arrives and how should you inspect it upon delivery?
Your FT-HM09 will arrive from ShampooBD's warehouse packed in protective cardboard and foam materials designed to protect against damage during transport, and you should open and inspect the package immediately while the delivery representative is still present so you can document any issues before they leave. Check that the box itself shows no major crushing, water stains, or signs of rough handling, then carefully remove each component and verify against the packing list that nothing was forgotten, including all bolts, screws, cushion elements, and the assembly instruction manual. Photograph any damage with your phone before accepting the delivery, and contact ShampooBD right away with your order number and photos if anything arrived broken, bent, or missing, rather than waiting days to report the problem when the evidence may be less clear.
The price you see displayed on this page is the chair's cost, and the delivery charge will be calculated separately based on your delivery location, which ShampooBD will show you before you finalize your purchase so there are no surprises when your package arrives at your door.
