How can you spot a genuine imported CeraVe tube?
Authentic CeraVe arrives with a sealed, untampered flip-cap and clear batch codes printed directly onto the tube itself. Watch for relabelled packs where the label sits loose or the batch number appears blurry, faded, or applied after manufacturing. Your imported tube should feel substantial, not lightweight or hollow, and the cream inside must match the thick consistency CeraVe is known for.
What is the right way to apply this moisturizer daily?
Use a coin-sized amount on damp skin after cleansing, pressing gently across your arms, legs, and body until fully absorbed. You can apply once or twice daily depending on how dry your skin feels. First-time users often see visible softness within three to five days of consistent morning and evening use.
What should you expect when you first use this cream?
The thick texture absorbs slowly into skin rather than vanishing instantly, which is normal for this formulation type. Your skin may feel hydrated but not greasy once fully settled, usually within ten to fifteen minutes. If irritation or unusual reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider before reapplying.
