How can I tell if my M&S Digestives pack is genuine?
When your parcel arrives, check that the outer packaging shows clear M&S branding with sharp printing and no spelling errors or faded colours. Genuine packs imported directly by our desk carry consistent batch codes on the base—counterfeit or refilled versions often have smudged, misaligned, or missing codes that don't match the hologram position. Open the pack immediately and inspect several biscuits: authentic M&S Digestives have uniform chocolate coating with no bare spots, and the wheat base feels firm without any staleness or off-odour.
What is the correct way to eat these biscuits and how often?
M&S Digestives are meant to be enjoyed as a casual snack with tea or coffee, or eaten a few at a time whenever you fancy something with a mild sweetness and texture contrast. There is no recommended daily limit—treat them like any other biscuit snack you might keep in your home, eating as much or as little as suits your appetite and routine. First-time users should expect a crisp, slightly waxy chocolate layer that melts softly, followed by a dry, grainy wheat base that crumbles gently on your tongue.
What should I do to keep these biscuits fresh after opening?
Once you open the pack, fold the inner wrapper tightly and store it in a sealed container or airtight box in a cool, dry corner of your kitchen away from direct sunlight. Biscuits absorb moisture quickly in Bangladesh's humid air, so keep them away from your sink, stove, and windows where steam and heat can soften the chocolate and make the base soggy. Check your biscuits after a week or two of storage—if they taste stale or the chocolate feels greasy, they are past their best and should be replaced.
