How can you spot a genuine Furnitex FT-G1 against counterfeit or refurbished imports?
When you receive your Furnitex gaming chair, the first thing to examine is the packaging itself, which should arrive in a sealed manufacturer box bearing the Furnitex branding, model number FT-G1, and batch details printed clearly on multiple sides. Authentic imports come with intact factory seals and a label showing the original Chinese manufacturer's mark alongside Furnitex's import documentation, so inspect the base of the chair and under the seat cushion for the manufacturer's stamp or QR code that matches the outer box. Counterfeit or locally refilled units often arrive in damaged or reused boxes, lack consistent printing quality on labels, or show mismatched batch codes between the box and the actual chair components, which you should verify by photographing these details and cross-checking them against the invoice you receive.
The 4D armrest mechanism on a genuine chair will feel smooth and precise when you adjust each axis—forward and backward, up and down, rotational angle, and inward or outward rotation should all respond without grinding or sticking, whereas refurbished copies or poor imitations may have loose joints, scratchy movements, or armrests that do not lock firmly into position. The glossy off-white finish on the frame and seat should be uniform in tone and texture across the entire chair, and any scratches, discoloration patches, or uneven spray marks are red flags that suggest the chair has been used, refinished, or assembled from mixed-condition parts rather than shipped fresh from the factory.
What should you expect during your first few days of using this gaming chair?
Your new chair will arrive with a strong factory smell from the manufacturing process and protective plastic wrapping around the cushions and armrests, which you should remove completely before sitting, as this covering prevents proper air circulation and comfort until it is taken off. The seat and backrest will feel firm rather than soft on your first day, because new gaming chairs have not yet been broken in by body weight and movement, and you may notice slight creaking or settling sounds as the frame adjusts to bearing your weight, all of which is completely normal and does not indicate a defect or structural problem with your purchase.
When you first sit in the chair, take several minutes to familiarize yourself with the height adjustment lever underneath the seat, the tilt mechanism at the back, and each of the four armrest adjustment directions, because understanding these controls before you settle into long gaming or work sessions will help you position yourself correctly and avoid strain. You may find that your ideal height differs from what feels comfortable on day one, so allow yourself a week of adjustments as your body adapts to the chair's posture and support style before deciding whether any settings need further fine-tuning.
How often should you adjust the armrests and what positions work best?
The 4D armrest system is designed to be adjusted whenever your setup changes or whenever you shift between different activities, so if you move from gaming to office work or take a break to stand, you should feel free to reposition the armrests to suit your current desk height and arm angle without worrying that frequent adjustment will wear out the mechanism. Most users find themselves making small forward, backward, or height changes several times per week as they alternate between tasks, and the design anticipates this kind of regular use as part of normal operation rather than treating adjustment as an occasional maintenance action.
For gaming sessions where you remain in one position for hours, set the armrests so they support your elbows at the same height as your desk surface and allow your shoulders to sit in a relaxed, neutral position rather than hunched or elevated, which reduces fatigue in your neck and upper back over extended periods. If you use the same desk for both seated work and standing desk adjustments, the 4D system allows you to raise the armrests fully when you stand and lower them again when you return to sitting, eliminating the need for a separate chair or workaround that less flexible alternatives would require.
Who should consider this chair versus other seating options available online?
This gaming chair suits anyone who spends between four and eight consecutive hours seated at a desk for work, gaming, or creative tasks and wants dedicated arm support that adjusts to their specific desk configuration rather than accepting a fixed armrest position that may or may not align with their ergonomic needs. If you move between different workstations, attend video calls from your desk, or switch between gaming and professional tasks throughout the day, the 4D armrest flexibility eliminates frustration from having to compromise on arm positioning or invest in multiple chairs for different purposes.
The Glossy Off White finish suits modern, minimalist, or neutral home office aesthetics and pairs well with contemporary desk setups, so if your workspace leans toward bright, clean tones rather than racing-style reds and blacks, this chair integrates without visual clash and looks professional on video calls. You should not expect this chair to work well if you share a single room with multiple people of significantly different heights and proportions, because while the 4D armrests adapt, the overall seat height and backrest dimensions are fixed, meaning shared usage may feel uncomfortable for users far outside the average adult range.
Does the price shown here include everything, and what additional costs should you budget for?
The price displayed on this page covers the chair itself, including the frame, the 4D armrest assembly, wheels, gas cylinder, and all moving parts required to receive and sit in a fully functional chair immediately upon unboxing, with no hidden costs embedded in the listed figure or concealed fees that only appear at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your location within Bangladesh and the courier service required to reach you, so the total amount you pay will be the chair price visible above plus the delivery fee applied during checkout, and you should review both figures before confirming your order to avoid surprise costs at payment time.
Once the chair arrives and you take ownership, any modifications, extra cushions, replacement parts, or maintenance items are your responsibility and not included in the original purchase price, though the chair is designed to require minimal ongoing care beyond occasional wiping of the frame and seat if dust accumulates. If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, you will pay both the chair price and the delivery charge to the courier representative when the package is handed over to you, so ensure you have the full total in hand at that moment rather than assuming only the listed price will be requested.
What warranty or protection applies after you receive your imported chair?
Your chair arrives as a direct import through Furnitex, which means the terms of any warranty, guarantee period, or manufacturer support are determined by Furnitex's policies rather than by this shop alone, and you should verify those terms by checking the paperwork enclosed with your chair or by contacting Furnitex directly if questions arise after delivery. If you experience a defect within any applicable protection period, documentation on the box or in the included materials will explain your options for claiming repairs or replacement, so retain all packaging, labels, and receipts to support any future warranty claim you may need to file.
Damage during shipping should be documented immediately by photographing the affected areas and reporting the issue within the timeframe specified by the delivery service, because courier liability and claims have strict deadlines that you must respect to pursue compensation or a replacement shipment. Regular wear, fading of the finish from sunlight exposure, or mechanical wear from use beyond the manufacturer's specifications are not covered under warranty in any circumstance, so treat your chair carefully and maintain it according to any care guidelines provided to preserve its condition and lifespan.
