Understanding the Wavex Luxury Massage Chair (C06) Brown
The Wavex C06 is a premium massage chair imported from China and brought to Bangladesh through Furnitex, a trusted furniture distributor. This brown upholstered chair combines ergonomic design with massage functionality, making it suitable for living rooms, home offices, or relaxation spaces. Before you purchase, it's important to know how to verify you are receiving a genuine Furnitex-distributed product and understand what features this chair offers.
A genuine Wavex C06 will arrive with official Furnitex packaging, clear serial documentation, and an instruction manual in English. The chair should have a sturdy frame, quality upholstery without tears or loose seams, and all electrical components should be present and undamaged upon delivery. Always check that the product matches the specifications listed on this page and that you have received proper warranty documentation from Furnitex.
How to Identify a Genuine Wavex C06 and Avoid Counterfeits
When your massage chair arrives, inspect the packaging immediately. Authentic Wavex products distributed by Furnitex come in sealed boxes with clear branding, batch numbers, and import documentation. The chair itself should have a manufacturer's label clearly visible on the frame, typically located underneath or on the rear. Check that all text on labels is crisp, not blurry or poorly printed, as counterfeit products often have printing defects.
The upholstery on a genuine C06 will feel uniform and well-stitched. Run your hands along all seams—they should be straight and tight, with no loose threads or gaps. The brown leather or leather-like material should have consistent color throughout, and there should be no chemical smell that seems overwhelming. If you notice any discrepancies between what arrived and what is shown on this product page, contact Furnitex immediately through the seller's official channels before making payment or accepting delivery.
Proper Setup and Initial Use of Your Massage Chair
Before using the Wavex C06, read through the instruction manual that comes with the chair. The manual will outline electrical safety guidelines, assembly requirements if any, and step-by-step instructions for operating the massage functions. Make sure the chair is placed on a flat, stable surface away from water sources and direct sunlight, which can damage the upholstery over time. Plug the chair into a grounded electrical outlet and ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.
Start by testing the basic functions—check that the chair reclines smoothly, that the massage motors activate without unusual sounds, and that all buttons respond. Many massage chairs have multiple intensity levels and massage modes; familiarize yourself with the controls by reading the manual. Do not force any mechanical parts or attempt to repair electrical components yourself. If something does not work as described in the manual, contact Furnitex's customer service for guidance.
Maintenance and Care for Long-Term Use
To keep your Wavex massage chair in good condition, wipe the brown upholstery regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and prevent buildup. If the surface gets wet, blot it gently with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on the upholstery, as these can cause discoloration and damage. For stubborn stains, consult the care instructions in your manual or contact Furnitex before attempting any cleaning method.
Periodically check that all bolts and connections remain tight, as vibration from regular use can gradually loosen fasteners. Keep the area around the chair free of obstacles to ensure the recline mechanism functions smoothly. If you notice any unusual sounds, resistance in moving parts, or electrical issues, stop using the chair immediately and seek technical assistance. With proper care and maintenance, your massage chair can provide years of reliable use.
Warranty, Support, and Furnitex Service
Your Wavex C06 purchase includes warranty coverage provided by Furnitex. The warranty documentation will specify what components are covered, the duration of coverage, and how to file a claim if needed. Keep your proof of purchase and warranty card in a safe place. If you experience any defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, reach out to Furnitex with your purchase details and a clear description of the problem.
Furnitex maintains customer support to help with questions about setup, operation, or maintenance of your massage chair. Contact information and support hours should be provided with your delivery. Do not attempt to service the chair through unauthorized repair centers, as this may void your warranty. If you are unsure about any aspect of your purchase or need replacement parts, always go directly to Furnitex first, as they understand the specific models they distribute and can provide accurate guidance.
