How can you tell if your FURNITEX FT-G5 arrived genuine and not refilled or relabelled?

When your gaming chair arrives from ShampooBD, you should inspect the box itself before opening it, looking for signs that it has been tampered with or resealed in an unprofessional manner. The original packaging from Furnitex comes with consistent printing quality, proper alignment of logos, and factory seals that are applied uniformly without wrinkles or overlap. If you notice misaligned text, spelling errors on the box, or adhesive tape that appears to have been reapplied multiple times, these are warning signs that someone has opened and repackaged the chair.

Once you open the box, examine the chair frame itself for factory markings and serial numbers that should be clearly stamped or etched into the metal base and support structure. The 4D armrest mechanism should show no signs of previous use, with all moving joints operating smoothly without grinding sounds or resistance from debris. The upholstery wrapping should be factory-tight with no loose threads or areas where fabric has been pulled and reglued. Check that all instruction manuals, warranty cards, and component lists match the product code FT-G5, and that these documents are printed on quality paper with clear, sharp text rather than faded or blurry printing.

What is the correct way to set up and adjust your new gaming chair for maximum comfort?

Begin by assembling the chair in a well-lit space where you can lay out all components and identify each part against the instruction manual provided, ensuring you do not rush through the process and accidentally overtighten bolts or misalign the base. The pneumatic cylinder that controls seat height should be inserted into the base with gentle pressure until you hear a clear click, indicating it has locked into place securely. Once the backrest and seat pan are attached to the cylinder assembly, you can then adjust the seat height by pumping the lever located beneath the seat, raising it to a position where your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form a ninety-degree angle when seated.

The 4D armrest system is designed to move upward and downward, inward and outward, forward and backward, and to rotate according to your arm position, and you should spend time experimenting with each axis of movement to find the configuration that allows your shoulders to remain relaxed and your elbows to sit at approximately the same height as your desk or gaming surface. Once you have positioned the armrests to your preference, tighten all adjustment knobs firmly so that they remain locked in place during use and do not gradually shift throughout your gaming or work sessions.

How frequently should you use this chair and what should a first-time user expect during the initial weeks?

The FURNITEX FT-G5 is engineered for extended daily use by people who spend four or more consecutive hours in a seated position, whether gaming, streaming, or working at a desk, and the chair's construction is robust enough to support this level of regular use without degrading rapidly. During your first week of use, you may notice that the upholstery has a slight plastic-like odour, which is normal for newly manufactured furniture and will dissipate within several days as you allow the chair to air in a well-ventilated space. Your body may also need time to adjust to the chair's firmness and support characteristics, so you should not judge comfort solely based on the first sitting, as your muscles will adapt over approximately one to two weeks.

If you use the chair intermittently rather than daily, the mechanisms will remain fresher for longer, but the chair is designed to tolerate heavy, continuous use without the armrest joints becoming loose or the pneumatic cylinder losing its responsiveness. Most users report that the chair reaches an optimal comfort level after two to three weeks of regular sitting, as the upholstery breaks in slightly and the adjustment mechanisms become more familiar to your muscle memory, allowing you to fine-tune settings more quickly each time you sit.

Are there any conditions or situations where this gaming chair may not be suitable for a particular user?

The FURNITEX FT-G5 has been designed with a standard adult weight capacity, and users whose body weight significantly exceeds the manufacturer's specifications should consider a reinforced or heavy-duty gaming chair model instead, as using the chair beyond its intended weight range may compromise the integrity of the pneumatic cylinder and base structure over time. Individuals with existing spinal injuries or chronic back conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before choosing any gaming chair, as even well-designed seating cannot address underlying medical issues, and professional guidance is essential for determining whether a particular chair supports your specific needs.

If you require a chair with electronic adjustment features, heating functions, or lumbar support systems that adjust automatically, this mechanical chair does not offer those capabilities, and you would benefit from exploring premium gaming chair models with integrated technology. Additionally, users who are very tall or very short may find that even with full height adjustment, the proportions of this standard-sized chair do not align perfectly with their frame, so you should measure your own dimensions against the chair's specifications before purchasing to ensure a comfortable fit.

What does the price shown on this page include and what additional costs apply to your order?

The price displayed on this ShampooBD product page represents the cost of the FURNITEX FT-G5 gaming chair itself, including the assembly components, instruction manual, and any warranty documentation that Furnitex includes with this model, and this is the figure you will pay before any delivery arrangements are finalized. Your final total will include a separate delivery charge that varies depending on your delivery location within Bangladesh, and this charge will be calculated and displayed to you during the checkout process after you have entered your address, allowing you to see the complete amount before you confirm your purchase.

ShampooBD offers cash on delivery service, which means you can inspect the chair when it arrives at your location and only pay at that moment if you are satisfied with the condition and contents of the shipment, providing you with protection against receiving a damaged or incorrect item. No additional hidden fees or surcharges apply beyond the product price and the delivery charge shown at checkout, so the total amount you see at the final step of your purchase is exactly what you will owe the delivery partner.

What maintenance routine should you follow to keep your gaming chair in excellent working condition?

The upholstery of your FURNITEX FT-G5 requires only basic cleaning with a dry cloth or a lightly damp microfiber cloth, wiped gently across the surface to remove dust and prevent dirt accumulation, and you should avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or excessive water that might seep into the foam padding beneath the fabric covering. The black fabric naturally conceals minor dust and marks, reducing the frequency with which you will need to clean the visible surfaces, though wiping down the seat and backrest once every two weeks will keep the chair looking fresh and prevent odors from developing in areas where body contact occurs regularly.

The 4D armrest mechanism operates through sealed mechanical joints and requires no lubrication, oil, or special servicing, so you should simply ensure that no liquids spill directly onto the armrest adjustment knobs and that you do not force any of the four axes of movement if you notice resistance. The pneumatic cylinder beneath the seat is a sealed unit and should not require attention under normal use circumstances, but if the seat height adjustment becomes unresponsive or begins to leak air, the cylinder may need professional replacement by a service technician, so contact Furnitex's customer support in Bangladesh for guidance on obtaining a replacement part.
