How do I know if my Cien hand cream from Egypt is genuine?

When your bottle arrives, check that the label printing is sharp and clear with no blurring or misalignment. The cap should sit flush against the neck with no gaps, and the batch code on the back must be embossed or printed in a way that feels slightly raised to your fingertip. If the seal looks loose, the label appears hand-applied, or the batch code is flat and printed like a photocopy, the bottle may have been refilled or relabelled locally.

What is the right way to use this hand cream each day?

Squeeze a coin-sized amount onto your palm and massage it into both hands, paying extra attention to dry patches around knuckles and between fingers. You can use it after washing your hands or whenever your skin feels tight, typically two to four times daily depending on how dry your climate is. First-time users often notice softer hands within three to five days, though the full benefit shows after two weeks of steady use.

Will this cream feel heavy or leave my hands sticky?

Cien hand cream absorbs into skin within a few minutes without leaving a greasy film that attracts dust or makes holding things uncomfortable. The texture is thick enough to stay where you apply it rather than running off your hands, so a small amount does the job effectively. If your hands feel slick immediately after application, you have used too much; try half the amount next time.
