How do I know this tube is genuinely imported and not refilled?
A real Cetaphil Moisturising Cream tube from abroad shows crisp, even printing on all sides with no smudging or faded text. The seal at the tube opening sits flush and intact, never loose or reglued, and the cap clicks firmly without wobbling. Check that the batch code and expiry date match the manufacturer's format—counterfeit packs often show misaligned numbers or dates that seem randomly placed rather than factory-printed.
What is the right way to apply this cream, and how often should I use it?
Squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip and gently massage it into clean, dry skin using upward motions until fully absorbed. Most users apply the cream twice daily, morning and evening, though you may adjust frequency based on how your skin responds. Start with less product than you think you need, since this formula absorbs readily without leaving a greasy finish on sensitive areas.
What should I expect during my first week of using this moisturiser?
Your skin may feel noticeably softer and more comfortable within two to three days as the cream settles into your routine. Some users notice mild temporary adjustment as the skin acclimates, but genuine improvement in texture and hydration usually appears by day seven. If irritation develops rather than fades, stop use and consult a skincare professional about whether this formula suits your skin type.
