Baby Study Table And Chair (FT- BST05) costs ৳7,488 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD.
How can you verify this is a genuine Furnitex import and not a locally refilled copy?
When your Baby Study Table and Chair arrives from ShampooBD, examine the packaging carefully for the Furnitex branding, which should be printed clearly and consistently across all surfaces without smudging, fading, or uneven ink application that would indicate a rushed reprint job. The product code FT-BST05 must appear on the original factory label attached to the underside or back of both pieces, and this code should match exactly what is shown on your delivery receipt and the product page where you made your purchase.
Counterfeit or locally repackaged versions often show signs of tampering such as peeling stickers, misaligned text, or labels that appear glued over older writing, whereas genuine imported stock from Furnitex arrives with factory seals intact and labels that were applied during the original manufacturing process in China. Check that all screws, fasteners, and assembly components are factory-sealed in their original bags rather than loose or pre-assembled, because this indicates the furniture has travelled directly from the supplier without being disassembled and reassembled locally to disguise its origin.
What assembly or preparation do you need to do when the table and chair first arrive?
This study set comes largely pre-assembled from the factory, meaning you will not face a bewildering pile of loose parts or require specialized tools to make it functional once it reaches your home in Bangladesh. You should inspect all visible surfaces for any shipping damage, ensure the table sits level on your floor by checking each leg makes firm contact, and verify that the chair is stable when you place your weight on the seat to confirm the joints have not loosened during transit from the port.
The majority of families find they can place this furniture in position and begin using it within thirty minutes, as only minor adjustments such as tightening any slightly loose bolts or levelling feet are typically needed, and ShampooBD provides clear guidance if you have questions about initial setup once your order arrives at your address.
How often should your child use this table and chair, and what results should you expect in the first weeks?
The furniture is designed for daily use during homework sessions, reading time, drawing activities, or any quiet work that your child undertakes, and there is no limit to how many hours per day your child may sit at this desk because it is built for regular household use rather than occasional decoration. You should expect the table surface to show minor marks from pen pressure or water exposure over time, which is completely normal and does not indicate a defect, as these marks typically wipe away with a damp cloth if addressed promptly rather than left to set.
In your first weeks of ownership, your child may need to adjust to the chair height and table distance, and some children prefer to add a cushion to the seat or use a footrest if their feet do not quite touch the floor comfortably, but these are personal preferences rather than signs that the furniture is unsuitable for them.
Is there any child or situation where this table and chair set would not be appropriate?
This furniture is designed for children old enough to sit independently and use a study table safely, meaning very young toddlers who cannot yet sit upright without support would not be suited to this piece, and parents of infants should wait until their child reaches an age where independent sitting is established before introducing this furniture. Additionally, if your child has specific physical needs such as requiring wheelchair access or adaptive seating equipment prescribed by a healthcare provider, you should consult that provider before purchasing to ensure this standard set meets those requirements.
The set is not intended for children who still mouth objects or eat at their desk, because accumulated food debris between joints can attract insects or cause deterioration, and parents should supervise young children to ensure they use the furniture only for its intended purpose of studying and creative work rather than rough play or climbing.
What is the actual price you will pay, and how does delivery work across Bangladesh?
The cost shown on this product page is the price for the Baby Study Table and Chair set itself, and you should add the delivery charge displayed at checkout, which varies depending on which district of Bangladesh you are ordering to, as ShampooBD ships nationwide using standard courier services that calculate fees based on your location. The price displayed here does not include any optional services such as installation assistance or extra packaging, so please review the complete cost breakdown when you proceed to payment.
ShampooBD offers cash on delivery as a payment option nationwide, which means you pay the courier when the furniture arrives at your address rather than transferring money in advance, and you should inspect the package for damage before handing over payment to the delivery agent to ensure you are satisfied with the product's condition upon arrival.
What materials and durability should you expect from this imported furniture over regular use?
The table and chair are manufactured in China from solid materials chosen to withstand the everyday impact of a child's study routine, including accidental spills from water containers, pressure from writing instruments, and the general movement that occurs when a child shifts position during homework or reading sessions without the furniture showing signs of instability or structural failure. The finish applied to surfaces is designed to resist staining and allows you to wipe away most marks with a cloth, though deep scratches or burns from hot objects are permanent and should be avoided through normal household care rather than expecting the furniture to be entirely scratch-proof.
Over several years of typical use, you may notice the chair seat becoming slightly softer or the wood developing a patina of age, which are signs of normal wear rather than manufacturing defects, and the compact size means this set can be stored or relocated within your home whenever your needs change without requiring disassembly beyond what a parent with basic tools can manage.
