How do I know if my Windmill pack is genuinely imported?
When your Windmill Folic Acid arrives, check that the outer box seal is intact and unbroken before opening. The printed batch code and expiry date should be clearly stamped on both the box and the blister strip, not handwritten or faded. If the packaging feels lightweight, the print looks blurry, or the tablets rattle loosely inside, you may have received a refilled or relabelled pack—contact us immediately for a replacement.
What is the correct way to take these tablets?
Take one tablet daily with water, ideally at the same time each morning to build a steady routine. First-time users typically notice no immediate change because this is a daily supplement that works over weeks of consistent use. If you forget a dose, simply take your next tablet the following day without doubling up.
Where should I store my tablets and how long will they last?
Keep your pack in a cool, dry cupboard away from bathroom steam and kitchen heat, as moisture damages the tablets. The expiry date printed on your box tells you when the pack must be used by; most users finish a 100-tablet box within four to five months of daily use. Once opened, protect the tablets from direct sunlight and ensure the box closes properly after each dose.
