How can you spot a genuine Vistra bottle versus a refilled one?
Real Vistra Salmon Fish Oil arrives in a sealed, tamper-evident bottle with clear printing on the label and batch code intact. Watch for uneven text, faded colours, or loose caps—these warn you the bottle has been opened and refilled before. Request photos from your seller before payment, and inspect the seal the moment your package arrives at your door.
What is the right way to take these capsules each day?
Most users take one capsule daily with a meal and water to aid absorption and reduce any stomach sensitivity. Your bottle of one hundred capsules will typically last three months with daily use, though some people prefer taking them every other day. Start with one capsule to see how your body responds, then settle into your routine.
What should a first-time user expect in the first week?
New users often notice no immediate change, which is normal—supplements work gradually over weeks, not days. Some people report mild digestive adjustments in the first few days as your body adapts. Stay consistent, store your bottle in a cool dark place, and give it at least two to three weeks before deciding if it suits you.
- Each capsule delivers 1000mg of salmon fish oil combined with added Vitamin E for daily use.
