How do I spot a genuine bottle versus a refilled fake?

When your Vaseline Intensive Care arrives, inspect the bottle seal carefully before opening the box. Genuine imported packs have a factory-sealed band around the neck that shows no signs of tampering or previous removal. The label should be perfectly aligned, printed clearly without smudging, and the batch code on the back must match the expiry date format used by the manufacturer.

How should I apply this lotion and how often will I need to use it?

Most people apply body lotion to damp skin straight after bathing, when the skin absorbs moisture most effectively. A 400ml bottle typically lasts one person several months with daily use on arms, legs and torso. You need only a small amount each time, so avoid overusing and simply rub gently until the lotion absorbs completely into your skin.

What should I expect when I first start using this product?

First-time users often notice their skin feels softer within a few days of regular application. The cocoa fragrance is warm and mild, and the lotion sinks into skin rather than leaving a greasy residue. Your skin may take a week or two to reach its best condition, depending on how dry it was before you began using it.

• Imported 400ml bottle with factory-sealed band to confirm authenticity.
