How do I know this bottle is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?
Authentic imported packs from ukdirectbd arrive with original factory sealing on the bottle neck and cap, which should show no signs of tampering or removal. The printed label must be sharp and even across all surfaces, with batch codes and manufacturing dates clearly stamped rather than handwritten or smudged. If the seal appears loose, the label has bubbles or peeling edges, or batch information is faint, the bottle has likely been opened and refilled elsewhere.
What is the correct way to apply this masque, and how often should I use it?
Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin and follow the duration stated on the product label before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water. Most users find once or twice weekly suits their routine, though you should check the manufacturer's instructions for your skin type and needs. Begin with the lower frequency if you are new to salicylic acid products, then adjust based on your skin's response.
What should a first-time user expect when they start using this product?
Your skin may feel slightly drier or experience mild sensitivity in the first week or two as it adjusts to the active ingredient. Some users notice temporary redness or a slight tightness, which typically settles as your skin acclimates to the formula. Start with once weekly application and watch how your skin responds before increasing frequency.
