How do I know this is a genuine imported jar and not refilled locally?

The Face Shop's original packaging arrives with an unbroken seal and consistent branding across the label, jar, and base. Refilled or relabelled versions often show mismatched printing, loose caps, or labels that peel easily when you inspect them closely. Always check the batch code on the base—genuine imports display clear, evenly stamped numbers that match The Face Shop's format.

What is the right way to apply this massage cream and how often should I use it?

Warm a small amount between your fingertips, then gently massage it into your face using upward circular motions for two to three minutes. You can use it once or twice daily, morning or evening, depending on your skin's preference and how it feels after each application. Most users find evening application works best when combined with a light facial massage routine.

How long does one jar last, and what should a first-time user expect from the results?

A 200ml jar lasts four to six weeks with regular use since only a modest amount is needed per application. First-time users may notice smoother texture and a brighter appearance within two to three weeks of consistent use, though every skin type responds at its own pace. Store it with the lid sealed tight in a cool place to keep it fresh throughout its life.
