The Body Shop Tea Tree Body Wash Shower Gel 250ml

How do I know if this bottle is genuine and not refilled locally?

Watch for the original factory seal running around the bottle neck—a refilled pack will show signs of tampering or a broken seal line. The label printing should be sharp and even with no bubbles or peeling edges, and the batch code on the base must match the format printed clearly in one line. If the cap feels loose, the gel looks unusually thick or thin, or the scent differs from what you expect, the pack may have been opened and refilled in Bangladesh rather than imported fresh.

How much should I use each time I shower, and will it last long?

Pour roughly a coin-sized amount into your palm or onto a wet cloth, then apply to your body under running water. One 250ml bottle serves a single person for approximately five to six weeks of daily washing, though larger families may deplete it faster depending on how generously everyone lathers. Store the sealed bottle upright in a cool bathroom corner away from constant steam and direct heat to preserve the formula's quality over time.

What should I expect when I first start using this product?

On your first wash, you may notice the gel feels thinner than bar soaps and creates a lighter lather—this is normal and means it rinses away completely without residue. Your skin might feel different for the first few uses as it adjusts; most people find their skin feels clean and refreshed after the initial week. If any irritation occurs, stop using it and rinse your skin thoroughly with plain water.
