How do I know if my imported Streax Pro bottle is genuine?
Counterfeit or refilled packs are common in Bangladesh, so inspect your bottle carefully when it arrives. The seal should be factory-tight with no signs of tampering, the label printing must be sharp and even, and the batch code on the base should match the hologram or security strip if present. If the liquid inside looks watered down or smells weak, or if the cap threads don't align perfectly, contact the seller within 48 hours for a replacement.
What results should I expect as a first-time user of this color product?
Streax Pro Hold & Play Funky Colour is designed to deposit vibrant green tones into your hair while providing hold structure to the shade. Your first application will show the boldest color payoff; subsequent uses depend on your hair's porosity and how often you wash. Most users find the color lasts between two to four weeks before fading, and the holding formula helps the shade cling to each strand.
How often should I apply this product and how do I store it properly?
Apply the product as needed for touch-ups or full coverage, depending on your hair type and lifestyle; there is no strict weekly schedule. After opening, always seal the cap tightly and keep the bottle in a cool, dry cupboard away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve the formula's integrity. Check the expiry date before your first use and aim to use the bottle within the timeframe printed on the base.
