How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled locally?

When your St.Ives arrives, check that the seal under the flip cap is completely intact and unbroken. The batch code printed on the back or base must be clear and sharp, not smudged or hand-written over. If the label feels loose, the liquid looks cloudy, or the scent seems off when you open it, the bottle may have been refilled or relabelled in Bangladesh rather than imported fresh.

What is the right way to use this body wash, and how often should I use it?

Pour a coin-sized amount onto wet skin, rub it across your body, and rinse thoroughly with water; you need very little because it lathers well. Most people use it daily during their shower without any issues, and one 400ml bottle will last a single person roughly two months with regular use. First-time users often find the pink lemon and mandarin scent pleasant and the lather satisfying, with no residue left on skin after rinsing.

How should I store this bottle to keep it fresh after I open it?

Keep the flip cap sealed tightly between showers so air and moisture do not enter the bottle. Store it in a cool, dry corner of your bathroom away from direct heat, steam from the shower, and sunlight, which can degrade the formula over time. Once opened, aim to finish the bottle within twelve months for the best fragrance and performance.
