How can I spot a real imported bottle versus a refilled fake?
When your parcel arrives, examine the seal closely—genuine SKIN1004 arrives with an unbroken factory seal that shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. Refilled bottles often have loose caps, dried residue around the neck, or labels that feel loose or misaligned compared to the original. The bottle itself should feel weighted and substantial, and any cloudiness or discoloration inside suggests the product has been compromised or stored incorrectly.
What is the right way to use this ampoule, and how often should I apply it?
After cleansing your face, dispense just a few drops onto your fingertips and gently press the essence into clean, damp skin before applying your regular moisturiser. Most users apply it twice daily—morning and evening—though those new to ampoules may prefer starting with evening use only to let their skin adjust. Because only drops are needed per application, one 100ml bottle typically lasts several weeks even with consistent twice-daily use.
What should a first-time user expect when starting this essence?
Your skin may feel slightly tacky or hydrated immediately after application, which is normal as the essence absorbs into the upper layers of skin. Some users notice gradual improvements in skin texture over one to two weeks of regular use, but results vary from person to person. If you notice any irritation, redness, or unexpected reactions, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist before resuming.
