How do I know if my bottle is genuinely imported from Korea?
A real Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule arrives in a glass bottle with Korean text printed directly on the label, never stickers or hand-written details. The seal sits flush under the cap with no gaps, and the liquid inside is perfectly clear with no cloudiness or floating particles. If the label feels loose, the text is blurry, or the bottle shows signs of being refilled, it has likely been repackaged locally and may not contain the original formula.
How much should I use, and when will I see results?
Apply three to four drops onto clean, damp skin each night before your regular moisturiser, patting gently until absorbed. First-time users often notice smoother texture within two weeks of consistent use, though skin hydration builds gradually over a month. This is a concentrate, so a small amount covers your entire face—one bottle lasts many weeks with daily evening application.
Where should I store this ampoule, and how long does it last once opened?
Keep the sealed bottle in a cool cupboard or bedroom drawer away from windows and heat sources, never in a steamy bathroom. After opening, use the ampoule within four months for best results, always ensuring the cap closes tightly after each use. Proper storage prevents the formula from losing its effectiveness and keeps the liquid clear and safe for your skin.
