How do I know if this tube is genuine and not refilled locally?

Genuine Sensodyne Pronamel arrives in its original sealed tube from the UK supplier ukdirectbd, so check the factory seal at the cap before opening. The printing on the tube should be sharp and clear with no smudging, and the expiry date must be stamped cleanly on the base—refilled packs often show poor printing quality. If the tube feels unusually light, the seal looks tampered with, or the label edges are loose, the pack may have been opened and relabelled in a local facility.

What is the right way to brush with this toothpaste each day?

Use a rice-grain sized amount for children and a pea-sized amount for adults, applying it to a soft-bristled toothbrush and brushing gently for two minutes twice daily—morning and evening. First-time users may notice a mild tingling sensation in the mouth, which is normal and should fade within a few applications as your mouth adjusts. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing and do not swallow the paste.

How long will one tube last my household, and what should I expect?

A 70g tube typically lasts one adult brushing twice daily for four to six weeks, depending on how much paste you use per brush. When you first open it, the toothpaste has a smooth consistency and a pleasant flavour that most users find mild and refreshing. Store the tube in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed between uses so it remains effective throughout its shelf life.
