PALMER'S COCOA BUTTER FORMULA FIRMING BUTTER 315ml

How can I tell if this Palmer's pack is genuine and not refilled?

Genuine imported Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula arrives in sealed, factory-fresh packaging directly from Egypt through our own import desk. Check the batch code printed on the bottom or back—it should be clear, evenly stamped, and match the format shown on Palmer's official records. If the seal is loose, the label feels glued on top of another label, or the batch code is faded or misaligned, the pack has likely been refilled or relabelled locally.

How should I use this firming butter and how often?

Apply Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula to clean, dry skin using gentle upward strokes, typically once or twice daily, and allow it to absorb fully before dressing. First-time users may notice the rich texture takes a few minutes to sink in completely, and some people prefer using it at night to avoid any residue on clothing. Start with a small amount and adjust based on how your skin responds over the first week or two.

What should I expect in my first month of use?

Your skin will feel more moisturised and supple as the cocoa butter conditions the outer layers, though visible changes take consistent use over several weeks. Expect a smooth, buttery feel during application and no strong chemical smell—just the natural cocoa scent. If irritation occurs, discontinue and consult a dermatologist, as individual skin sensitivities vary.
