How can you spot a genuine Palmer's tube from a counterfeit one?

Authentic Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula arrives in a sealed tube with clear, sharp printing on the label and carton. Check that the batch code on the bottom matches the expiry date placement; counterfeit versions often have misaligned text or smudged ink that feels rough to touch. Refilled packs may show tiny scratches around the seal or a cap that doesn't fit snugly—genuine imports always have factory-tight closures.

What is the right way to use this hand cream, and how often should you apply it?

Squeeze a small amount, roughly the size of a pea, onto clean, dry hands and massage it in gently until fully absorbed. Use it whenever your hands feel tight or dry, typically after washing or before bed, and most users find two to three applications daily works well. First-time users should expect the cream to sink in within two minutes without leaving a sticky or oily film on your skin.

What should you expect in your first week of using this product?

Your hands may feel noticeably softer by day three or four, and any roughness or tight feeling will gradually fade with consistent use. Some people notice improved skin texture around knuckles and between fingers where dryness is usually worst. Store the tube in a cool, dry cupboard away from heat, and keep the cap firmly closed between uses to maintain freshness for several months.
