How do I know if my pack is genuine NOW Foods?

Counterfeit royal jelly packs circulate in Bangladesh, often relabelled or refilled bottles. Check the NOW Foods logo clarity, label printing quality, and batch code placement on arrival—genuine packs have sharp printing and codes printed directly on the label, not stickers. The safety seal under the cap should be factory-fitted and unbroken; if it looks reapplied or loose, the contents may have been tampered with.

What is the correct way to take these capsules?

Most adults take one capsule daily, preferably with food or water during breakfast. Your bottle label shows the recommended serving size and frequency for your age group. Swallow the capsule whole; do not open or crush it, as the plant-based shell protects the contents until they reach your digestive system.

What should I expect when I first start taking royal jelly?

First-time users may notice subtle changes over two to four weeks of consistent daily use. Some people experience mild digestive adjustments in the opening days; this typically settles as your body adapts. Store your bottle in a cool, dry place and use the entire 60-capsule supply within the timeframe printed on your label for best results.
