NOW Food Spirulina 500mg 100 Tabs costs ৳2,290 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD. It was previously ৳2,990.
How do I spot a genuine imported bottle versus a refilled one?
Authentic NOW Food Spirulina arrives in a sealed amber bottle with a factory-applied cap that shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. Check that the label text is sharp and clearly printed, not faded or smudged, and verify the batch code and expiry date are embossed or printed in consistent ink. If the seal appears loose, the label edges are peeling, or the bottle feels lightweight compared to what 100 tablets should weigh, the pack may have been refilled locally and should be refused.
What is the right way to take these tablets and how often?
Take one tablet daily with a glass of water, preferably with food to aid absorption, at a time that suits your routine such as morning or midday. You may space your doses throughout the week as you wish, but consistency matters more than timing. Most users find that taking the same tablet every day makes it easier to remember and helps your body adapt to the supplement.
What should a new user expect in the first few weeks?
Your body needs time to adjust to any new supplement, so changes are usually gradual rather than sudden or dramatic. Some first-time users notice shifts in energy levels or digestion within two to three weeks, while others may take longer to observe any difference. Continue taking one tablet daily for at least four weeks before deciding if the product suits your needs, and stop if you experience any unusual discomfort and consult a health worker.
