How can I tell if my Neutrogena pack is genuinely imported from Egypt?
Genuine Neutrogena Clear & Soothe imported by our desk carries Egyptian manufacturing marks, a proper batch code printed clearly on the base, and sealed original packaging with no signs of tampering or relabelling. Check that the text is sharp and even, colours match the official shade, and the seal feels intact; refilled or relabelled packs often show uneven printing, faded logos, or loose caps. Our packs arrive directly from verified Egyptian suppliers, so if you spot cloudy lettering, mismatched box design, or a batch code that looks hand-written or faded, it is not genuine.
How should I use this moisturiser and how often?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin morning and evening, spreading gently across your face and neck until fully absorbed. First-time users may notice their skin feels soft within days, though visible changes in texture take one to two weeks of consistent use. Start with once daily if your skin is very sensitive, then move to twice daily as your skin adjusts.
What should I expect when I first start using this product?
Your skin may feel slightly different in the first few days as it adjusts to the new formula, and this is normal. Some users find their skin feels hydrated immediately, while others notice gradual improvement over a week or two of regular use. If redness or irritation develops and does not settle within three days, stop using it and choose a gentler option instead.
