How do I know if this bottle is genuine and not refilled?

When your Medicube TXA Niacinamide 15 Serum arrives, check that the seal under the cap is unbroken and shows no signs of tampering. The label should be perfectly aligned on the glass bottle with crisp, even printing—any blurring or misalignment signals a refilled or relabelled pack. Authentic imported bottles from ukdirectbd come with consistent batch codes on the base that match official Medicube records.

What is the right way to apply this serum and how often should I use it?

Dispense three to four drops onto clean, dry skin each morning or evening, then gently press it in with your fingertips until fully absorbed. You can layer it under your regular moisturiser, and most users see one 30ml bottle last between six and eight weeks with once-daily application. If your skin feels sensitive on first use, begin with every other day until your skin adjusts to the niacinamide.

What should I expect during my first few weeks using this product?

New users sometimes notice slight redness or mild tingling in the first week—this is normal as your skin adapts to fifteen percent niacinamide concentration. Within two to three weeks, the serum should feel comfortable on your skin as part of your daily routine. Keep the bottle away from direct heat and sunlight, and always seal the cap tightly after each application to preserve the formula's strength.
