How do I know this tube is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?

When your Mary & May arrives, examine the tube seal under good light before opening anything. A genuine imported pack has a tight, uniform seal with no air gaps, and the printing on the label sits perfectly aligned without smudging or rough edges. The batch code printed on the bottom should be crisp and match the format shown on the official brand website; counterfeit tubes often have faded or misaligned numbers.

What is the right way to apply this cream, and how long will one tube last?

Use a pea-sized amount each morning and evening after cleansing your face, warming it gently between your fingers before patting onto your skin. One 15-gram tube typically lasts four to five weeks when used this way, since the formula spreads easily across the face without needing heavy application. Store the tube upright with the cap sealed tight after each use to prevent air exposure.

What should a first-time user expect when starting this cream?

Your skin may feel nourished and smoother after the first week of consistent use, though individual results vary widely. Some people notice a slight tackiness immediately after application, which settles as the cream absorbs over a few minutes. If your skin feels irritated or reacts badly, stop use and consult a dermatologist before continuing.
