How can you verify this chair arrived as an authentic import and not a refurbished or repackaged unit?
When your MARTUNIS Gaming Chair arrives from Furnitex, the packaging itself tells you whether this is a genuine imported piece or something that has been opened, used, and resealed in Bangladesh. Authentic imported chairs from China arrive in factory-sealed boxes with intact manufacturer labels, undamaged corners, and original shrink wrap that shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. The box should display the model number FT-F9042 clearly printed in consistent ink, not hand-written or hastily applied, and the Furnitex importer sticker should be professionally affixed, not glued over older labels.
Once you open the box, examine the chair frame itself for any visible wear, scratches that look deliberate rather than accidental, or mismatched hardware where some bolts appear newer than others. The armrests on a genuine unit will move smoothly through their full range without grinding sounds or resistance, and the gas cylinder that controls height adjustment should operate with consistent pressure from bottom to top. If you notice the frame has existing nail holes or mounting marks where something was previously attached, or if any cushioning appears compressed unevenly, contact the seller immediately before assembly, as these signs suggest the chair was refurbished rather than factory-fresh.
What is the correct way to assemble and position this chair for your workspace?
Assembly of your MARTUNIS begins with laying out all components on a clean, flat surface where you can identify each part against the instruction manual included in your package. The base plate should be attached to the cylinder first, ensuring all bolts are finger-tightened before you use tools, which allows you to verify alignment before final tightening. Once the base is secure, insert the backrest into the cylinder mechanism and attach the seat cushion, taking care that the seat pan sits level and does not tilt forward or backward when you apply downward pressure.
After assembly is complete, position your chair so that when you sit with your back against the backrest, your feet rest flat on the floor with knees bent at approximately ninety degrees, and your elbows rest naturally on the armrests at the same height as your desk surface. You should adjust the 4D armrest system so that your arms are neither stretched nor compressed, allowing your shoulders to remain relaxed throughout your work session. The height adjustment lever, located beneath the seat, should be tested several times to ensure smooth operation before you settle into extended use.
How frequently should you use this chair, and what comfort changes will you notice during your first two weeks?
The MARTUNIS Gaming Chair is engineered for daily use without restriction, meaning you can sit in it for your entire work or gaming day without concern about damaging the structure or wearing components prematurely. Unlike chairs with time-limited warranties based on hours of use, this unit is built to support consistent daily seating, whether that means four hours per day or twelve hours per day, as long as your body weight falls within the specified range for your model. The more regularly you use the chair and adjust the armrest positioning to match different tasks, the more familiar you become with its full range of motion.
During your first one to two weeks of ownership, you may notice that the cushioning feels slightly firmer than expected, as factory-new foam has not yet conformed to your body shape, and this is normal rather than a sign of poor quality. By the end of the second week, the seat and backrest padding will have begun to mold gently to your contours, creating a more personalized fit. The armrest mechanisms may require occasional re-tightening during this initial period as components settle into their final positions, and you should check all visible bolts and connections weekly until everything reaches a stable state.
Who should reconsider purchasing this specific chair model for their needs?
If your body weight exceeds the maximum limit specified for your particular model variant, you should not purchase this chair, as exceeding weight capacity compromises both comfort and the integrity of the structure over time. Similarly, if you have physical conditions that require specialized seating with medical-grade lumbar support, orthopedic cushioning, or therapeutic features beyond adjustable armrests, a standard gaming chair may not address your specific requirements, and you should consult with a healthcare provider about appropriate seating solutions.
This chair is not suitable for individuals who need fixed, non-adjustable armrests because the 4D system requires you to manage multiple points of adjustment, and some users find this flexibility unnecessarily complex. If you have limited space in your room or workspace and cannot accommodate the chair's footprint when fully assembled, measure the dimensions before ordering, as the base diameter and backrest height are standard gaming chair proportions that may not fit compact areas.
What delivery options are available, and how should you verify the price shown on this page?
Your MARTUNIS Gaming Chair will be delivered throughout Bangladesh using standard courier services that operate on a nationwide basis, with delivery charges calculated according to your location and the courier's current rates. The price displayed on this product page reflects the chair's cost at the moment you are viewing it, and you should confirm the exact amount during checkout before completing your payment, as prices may be adjusted periodically based on import costs and market conditions. If you are purchasing using cash on delivery, you will pay the confirmed amount to the courier representative when the chair arrives at your address.
Before accepting delivery, ask the courier to set the package down carefully and allow you to inspect the exterior of the box for damage while the delivery person is present, as this creates a record if filing a damage claim becomes necessary. Once you sign to receive the package, responsibility for the chair transfers to you, so verifying the box condition before accepting it is your best protection against receiving a damaged unit.
What specifications define the 4D armrest system, and why does this feature matter for extended seating?
The 4D armrest system on your MARTUNIS chair allows independent adjustment along four separate planes of movement: vertical height adjustment so the armrests rise or lower to match your desk level, forward and backward sliding to position them closer to or further from your body, and lateral width adjustment that moves the armrests toward or away from each other. This multidirectional flexibility means you are not locked into a single fixed position that assumes an average body shape and desk setup, but instead can customize armrest placement to match your unique proportions and workspace geometry.
During long work sessions, properly positioned armrests reduce strain on your shoulders and neck by supporting your arms rather than forcing them to hang unsupported or rest unnaturally on your desk surface. The ability to shift armrest position throughout the day as your posture changes—from typing work that requires resting arms at keyboard height to leaning back during thinking or breaks—means this chair adapts to your actual behavior patterns rather than forcing you into a single seated configuration for hours at a time.
