How do I know this jar is genuine and not refilled locally?
Authentic Manuka Health packs arrive with an intact factory seal on the lid that shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. The glass jar should feel heavy, the label print crisp and properly aligned, and the MGO 115+ certification clearly printed—not added later or faded. When you receive it, inspect the seal immediately; any looseness, cloudiness inside the lid, or misaligned labeling signals a refilled or relabeled bottle rather than an imported original.
What is the right way to use this honey, and how much should I take?
Most users take one to two teaspoons daily, either stirred into warm water, milk, or added to food like oatmeal or toast—you decide based on your preference and household routine. Raw manuka honey is thick and may crystallize over months, which is completely normal and does not affect quality or safety. First-time users often find the taste rich and distinct; start with a smaller amount to see how your body responds before increasing to regular portions.
Will this honey stay fresh, and what should I expect during storage?
Keep the sealed jar in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and direct light; unopened, it remains safe and usable for well over a year. After you first open it, ensure the lid closes tightly each time, and the honey will stay fresh for many months in the same cool conditions. Gradual thickening or the formation of fine grains inside the jar is a natural process and proves the honey has not been overly processed.
