How can you spot a genuine imported bottle from a fake or refilled one?

When your Loreal Professionnel Silver Shampoo arrives, check the seal under the cap first—it should be intact and show no signs of tampering. The bottle label must print cleanly with sharp text and the correct shade of blue; blurry printing or faded colours suggest a refilled pack. Examine the cap threading and overall weight of the bottle against photos from Loreal's official site, as counterfeit versions often feel lighter or have loose-fitting caps.

What is the right way to use this shampoo and how often should you apply it?

Work a small amount through damp hair and massage gently for one to two minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool water. Most users find two applications weekly enough to maintain silver and blonde tones without over-washing. First-time users often notice their cooler tones look fresher after the second or third wash, though full results build over consistent weeks of use.

How long does one bottle last and what should new users expect?

A 300ml bottle typically lasts one person between four and six weeks depending on hair length and how generously you dispense each time. New users sometimes use too much product initially, so start with a coin-sized amount and adjust upward only if needed. You'll likely see the most noticeable tone improvement after two to three weeks of regular use.
