How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled locally?
Authentic Loreal Elvive bottles imported to Bangladesh have a factory seal that runs unbroken around the cap and neck—check for this first when your parcel arrives. The label text should be crisp, the hologram or security features sharp, and the batch code printed clearly on the back; refilled packs often show worn lettering or misaligned labels. Compare your bottle against images on the official Loreal website to spot any differences in font, spacing, or packaging colour.
How should I apply this conditioner and how often will I need to use it?
After shampooing, squeeze a coin-sized amount onto damp hair, working it through from mid-length to the ends, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Most people find two or three applications per week works best for their routine; those with very long or textured hair may need it more frequently. On your first use, rinse well to avoid product buildup, which can make hair feel heavy or limp.
What should a new user expect in the first few weeks?
Your hair may feel noticeably softer within the first wash, though the full smoothing effect builds over two to three weeks of regular use. Some people experience slight initial buildup if they use too much product, so start with a smaller amount and adjust upward. If your scalp feels greasy or your ends feel dry after two weeks, you may be applying it too close to the roots or using it too frequently.
