How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled?
An authentic Himalaya AyurSlim from India arrives in its original sealed packaging with clear Hindi and English labels printed directly onto the bottle. The batch number and expiry date should be printed—not handwritten or sticker-added—and match Himalaya's standard format. Open the seal only when you are ready to use it; if the seal is already broken or loose, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
What is the right way to take these capsules, and how long does one bottle last?
Take one or two capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal, unless the label directs otherwise. A single 180-capsule bottle supplies between two and six months depending on whether you take one or two capsules per day. First-time users often start with one capsule daily to see how their body responds before adjusting to the full dose.
Where should I store this product once it arrives at my home?
Keep your AyurSlim bottle in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and bathroom steam that can damage the capsules inside. Always seal the lid tightly after taking a capsule, and store it out of reach of children and pets. If any capsule appears discolored, damp, or cracked before use, discard it safely and do not consume it.
