How can I spot a genuine imported bottle?
When your Haliborange arrives from the UK supplier, the seal around the cap should be factory-tight and show no signs of tampering or previous opening. The label text must be crisp and clearly printed with even spacing; refilled bottles often have blurry or misaligned lettering, especially around the batch number and expiry date. Hold the bottle to light and check that the liquid inside is uniform in colour with no separation, cloudiness, or particles—any of these suggest the contents have been altered or stored poorly.
What dosage should I give and how often?
The bottle label shows your recommended daily dose, which you measure using the provided dropper or spoon and give once each day, usually alongside a meal for steadier absorption. A single 250ml bottle supplies roughly eight weeks of daily doses for one child, so plan your refills accordingly to avoid gaps in routine. First-time users sometimes find their child takes a few days to accept the taste, so begin with the full dose as directed rather than starting smaller, since the formulation is designed for your child's age from day one.
What should I check when the parcel arrives?
Examine the bottle immediately for cracks, leaks, or discolouration before storing it away; genuine stock from the UK importer arrives in pristine condition inside protective packaging. Verify the expiry date is at least several months ahead, and confirm the outer carton matches the label design shown in our product photos—counterfeit packs often have slightly different logos or misspelled text. If the seal is loose, the cap does not close fully, or anything looks out of place, contact us within one day so we can arrange a replacement from our supplier.
