How can I verify this bottle is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?
When your ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo 400ml arrives from our import desk, the first thing you should do is examine the physical bottle itself for signs of tampering or previous opening, since refilled or relabelled packs often show wear on the original seal that authentic USA imports do not. Authentic bottles imported directly by ShampooBD arrive with an unbroken factory seal around the cap, crisp and clean labelling with no smudging or lifting at the edges, and a printed expiry date that is clearly stamped into the label during manufacturing rather than handwritten or applied afterward.
The plastic bottle itself should feel uniform in weight and thickness, with no visible cracks, cloudiness, or signs that the contents have been poured out and refilled with a cheaper alternative or water-diluted formula. Check that the batch code printed on the bottom or back of the bottle matches the format you would expect from L'Oréal's legitimate manufacturing lines, and verify that this code is consistent across the entire label with no conflicting dates or numbers that suggest multiple sources were combined into one pack.
What is the correct way to use this nourishing shampoo on my hair?
ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo is designed as a general daily cleanser, which means you should wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply a small amount of shampoo—roughly the size of a coin—to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips for fifteen to twenty seconds to allow the oil-based formula to work through your strands. Rinse completely with clean water until no foam or residue remains, as thorough rinsing ensures that the nourishing oils coat your hair properly rather than leaving buildup that can make hair feel heavy or dull over time.
For best results, repeat the application if your hair is particularly dirty or oily that day, always rinsing thoroughly after each application, and follow with your chosen conditioner if your hair type benefits from extra moisture, since this shampoo cleanses while the oil formula provides nourishment but does not replace the role of a separate conditioning product in your routine.
How often should I wash my hair with this product, and what should I expect as a new user?
Most people using ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo find that washing their hair three to four times per week with this product maintains a healthy balance, though your own routine may be different depending on your hair type, scalp condition, and personal preference, so you should adjust frequency based on how your hair feels and looks rather than following a rigid schedule. When you first start using an oil-based nourishing shampoo, your hair may feel different for the first week or two as it adjusts to the formula, and some users notice their hair feels softer or shinier immediately while others experience a brief adjustment period before seeing the full benefit of the nourishing oils.
A single 400ml bottle will typically last between four and seven weeks depending on your hair length, thickness, and how much shampoo you use with each wash, so tracking when you open the bottle helps you understand your own consumption rate and plan your next purchase accordingly to avoid running out unexpectedly.
Are there any reasons I should not use this shampoo?
ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo is formulated as a general-purpose daily cleanser suitable for regular hair washing routines, but if you have scalp sensitivity, known allergies to hair care products, or a medical condition affecting your scalp, you should review the ingredient list carefully or consult a healthcare professional before use to ensure the formula is appropriate for your specific situation. If you experience any unusual itching, redness, or irritation after using this shampoo, discontinue use immediately and rinse your hair thoroughly with water, as individual reactions to cosmetic products vary based on personal skin and scalp chemistry.
How will this product reach me, and does the price shown here include delivery?
Your ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo is dispatched from our warehouse through standard nationwide courier service, and the price displayed on this product page is the cost of the shampoo itself, while delivery charges are calculated separately based on your delivery location in Bangladesh and are shown to you in the checkout before you complete your purchase. This transparent approach ensures you know exactly what you are paying for the product and what the shipping will cost before confirming your order, with no hidden fees added later.
What should I do when the bottle arrives at my home?
Upon receiving your ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Shampoo, inspect the bottle immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping, checking that the seal remains intact and unbroken, the label is clean and fully adhered to the bottle, and there are no visible cracks or leaks in the plastic, as these signs indicate potential issues with the product's condition or authenticity. Store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and away from sources of heat or steam, such as radiators or areas near hot showers, since the oil-based formula performs best when kept at stable temperatures and the plastic bottle protects contents longer when not exposed to extreme warmth or humidity.
