How do you spot a genuine imported pack?
Counterfeit and refilled Dr. Rashel tubes circulate widely in Bangladesh, so check the seal carefully when your order arrives. The genuine imported pack has a factory-sealed cap with no gaps, crisp printing on the label without smudging, and a batch code printed clearly on the tube itself. If the seal feels loose, the printing looks faded, or you cannot find a readable batch code, the pack has likely been refilled or relabelled—contact us immediately for a replacement.
What does the correct application look like for your skin?
Apply a small amount of Dr. Rashel to clean, dry skin each morning, spreading it gently across your face and neck with upward strokes. A fingertip-sized portion covers your entire face, so one tube lasts many weeks with daily use. Most users see the cream absorb within five minutes, leaving skin ready for sunscreen or makeup.
What should you expect when you first start using it?
During your first week, your skin may feel slightly different in texture as it adjusts to the daytime formula—this is normal and usually settles within days. Keep the tube in a cool, dark place like a bathroom cabinet to maintain the cream's quality over time. If your skin shows any unusual reaction beyond mild adjustment, pause use and consult a skincare professional.
