How do I know if my Dr. Althea serum is genuinely imported?
A genuine Dr. Althea 345 Relief Serum arrives in original Korean packaging with crisp printing, intact batch codes on the bottle base, and a factory-sealed cap that requires effort to open. Refilled or relabelled packs often show blurry text, misaligned labels, or caps that twist off too easily, signalling the bottle was opened before you received it. Always check that the ingredient list matches Dr. Althea's official format and that the manufacturer's name appears clearly on the back label.
What is the right way to use this serum each day?
Apply a small amount—roughly two to three drops—to clean, dry skin before your moisturiser, using gentle upward strokes on your face and neck. Most users begin with three times weekly if their skin is sensitive, then gradually increase to daily use as tolerance builds. One 30ml bottle typically lasts six to ten weeks depending on how much you dispense each application.
What should a first-time user expect in the first few weeks?
Your skin may feel slightly different within the first week, though visible changes usually take two to three weeks of consistent use to emerge. Some people experience mild sensitivity at the start, which often settles as skin adjusts; if irritation persists beyond a week, reduce application frequency or pause use. Results vary by skin type, so patience and steady routine matter more than expecting overnight transformation.
