How do I know if this jar is genuine and not refilled locally?

When your Discovery peanut butter arrives, check that the jar lid has an unbroken factory seal before opening. Genuine imported packs show clear printing on the label with no smudging, and the expiry date should be stamped deeply into the label, not written by hand. If the seal looks tampered with or the label feels glued on top of an older one, the jar has likely been refilled and resold as new.

How should I use this chunky peanut butter and how often?

Spread Discovery chunky peanut butter straight onto bread, biscuits, or fruit for a quick protein-rich snack whenever you need it. Many families use one 510g jar over two to three weeks with regular daily consumption, so you will find your own rhythm based on household size. Store it in a cool cupboard with the lid sealed tightly after each use to keep it fresh and prevent it from drying out.

What should a first-time user expect when opening the pack?

You will receive one sealed glass jar containing real roasted peanut pieces suspended throughout the spread, giving it a visibly chunky texture. A thin layer of natural oil sitting on top is normal and simply means you should stir it gently before your first use to blend everything together. The jar sits comfortably on most kitchen shelves and opens easily once you twist off the lid.
