How can I spot a genuine imported tube versus a refilled copy?

Counterfeit packs circulate in Bangladesh, so inspect your tube carefully when it arrives. The seal should be intact with no signs of previous opening, the batch number and expiry date must be clearly printed in sharp ink, and the cream inside should appear uniform without separation or cloudiness. Refilled tubes often show loose caps, faded printing, or inconsistent color throughout the contents.

What is the right way to apply this cream and how often?

This product is for topical application to specific affected areas only, applied in thin layers as directed by your doctor or the package instructions. Most users apply once or twice daily depending on their condition and medical advice. A 25g tube typically lasts four to eight weeks with regular daily use on localized areas.

What should a first-time user know before opening the package?

When your delivery arrives, open it promptly and verify the tube seal has not been tampered with. Check that the expiry date is valid and the batch number matches your receipt. Store the unopened or opened tube in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight to preserve the cream's integrity until you use it.
