How do I know if my imported bottle is genuine?

When your Creightons bottle arrives, inspect the seal carefully—it should be intact and unbroken. The label printing must be sharp and aligned, with no blurred text or peeling edges that suggest refilling or relabelling. Check the batch code on the base: genuine packs have clear, embossed codes that match the manufacturing date, never faded or hand-written marks.

How should I use this shower gel and how often?

Apply a small amount to damp skin or add it directly to bathwater, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. You need only a coin-sized portion for your entire body when showering, or a handful for a full bath. Use it as often as you bathe or shower—daily use is perfectly safe for most people, though the gel lasts longer when you use measured amounts rather than pouring freely.

What should I expect when I first open this product?

The liquid inside will be clear or lightly tinted, with a fresh coconut scent and smooth consistency—no cloudiness, grittiness, or separation. Your skin may feel clean and lightly moisturised after use, and the tropical fragrance will linger briefly. If you notice any unusual odour, discolouration, or if the bottle feels half-full on arrival, contact the seller immediately to report damage during transit.
