How do I spot a genuine COSRX bottle from an imitation?

When your package arrives, examine the seal around the bottle neck—it should be intact and firmly attached, not loose or previously tampered with. The label text must be crisp and evenly printed without smudging, and the batch code on the back should match the format on COSRX's official packaging from Korea. If the liquid inside looks cloudy, has an off smell, or the cap feels flimsy when you twist it, the bottle may be a refilled counterfeit rather than an authentic import.

What is the right way to apply this lotion, and how often should I use it?

Apply a small amount to your face, neck, or body on clean, slightly damp skin—either morning or evening, or both depending on your skin's needs. The oil-free formula absorbs within minutes, so you do not need to wait before dressing or applying makeup. Most people find one bottle sufficient for four to six weeks of daily facial use, though body application will deplete it faster.

What should a first-time user expect from this birch sap lotion?

Your skin may feel noticeably hydrated within the first week without any greasy residue or heavy feeling afterward. Birch sap gives the formula a naturally lightweight texture that suits most skin types, though individual results vary. If your skin feels tight or dry after the first few days, you may benefit from applying it to damper skin or using it twice daily rather than once.
