How do I know if this bottle is genuine and not refilled?

When your CeraVe arrives, check that the seal under the cap is unbroken and shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. Genuine imported bottles have crisp, clear printing on the label with no smudging, and the batch code should be embossed into the plastic, not printed on a sticker. If the cap twists off too easily or the lotion inside looks separated or unusually thick, the pack may have been refilled locally rather than imported sealed.

How should I use this lotion and how often?

Apply the lotion to your body after bathing while your skin is still slightly damp, as this helps absorption and locks in moisture more effectively. Use it daily on areas prone to dryness such as your arms, legs, elbows and heels, or wherever your skin feels uncomfortable or tight. Most users find that a 237ml bottle lasts four to six weeks with regular daily application across the whole body.

What should a first-time user expect from this product?

You may notice your skin feeling softer and less dry within the first few days of consistent use, though results vary depending on how dry your skin is to begin with. The lotion absorbs relatively quickly and does not leave a heavy, greasy feeling on your skin after a few minutes. Store the bottle at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight, and always seal the cap tightly after use to prevent the lotion from thickening or drying out.
