How do I know this bottle is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?

Authentic Boots packs arrive with an intact factory seal on the cap and crisp printing on the label with no smudging or misalignment. The expiry date should be stamped clearly and match what the seller states, while counterfeit versions often show faded ink or dates that seem altered. Check that the bottle itself feels sturdy and the Cookies & Cream fragrance smells consistent—refilled bottles sometimes have weaker or off scents.

How should I use this three-in-one formula, and how often?

Pour a small amount into your palm for daily showers and body cleansing, or add a handful to running bathwater for soaking. As a shampoo, wet your hair first, massage the gel through from roots to tips, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Most users apply it once daily for showering and several times weekly for hair washing, adjusting based on your preference and how your scalp responds.

What should I expect when I first start using this product?

The formula lathers well on both skin and hair, so a little goes a long way and the 500ml bottle lasts several weeks with regular single-person use. Your skin may feel refreshed after the first few washes, though some users prefer to alternate with other products if they have very sensitive scalp. Store it in a cool bathroom away from direct heat and keep the cap sealed after each use to maintain freshness.

• Three-in-one formula works as shower gel, hair shampoo, and bath soak in a single 500ml bottle.
