How can you spot an authentic imported bottle?
When your parcel arrives, examine the seal and cap closely for any signs of tampering or previous opening. Authentic Beauty of Joseon bottles bear a crisp, clearly printed label with sharp batch codes and manufacturing dates that feel embossed, never blurry or faded. If the bottle feels lightweight, the liquid appears cloudy, or the label peels easily at edges, it may be a refilled or relabelled pack—contact us immediately with photos.
What is the right way to apply this serum daily?
After cleansing your face, dispense just two to three drops onto your fingertip and press gently across your cheeks, forehead, and chin. Allow the serum to absorb for a minute before applying your moisturiser, as the rice and arbutin work best when layered under heavier creams. Use it morning and evening; most people find one bottle lasts between six and ten weeks depending on how generously they apply it.
What should a first-time user expect from this serum?
Your skin may feel smoother within a week of regular use, though visible changes in tone or texture typically emerge after four weeks of consistent application. The serum has a lightweight, quickly absorbing texture that sits comfortably under makeup or other products. If you have extremely sensitive skin, patch test on your neck first, as individual responses to rice and arbutin vary.
