How do I know if my pack is genuine and not refilled?

A real Beanies pack arrives with factory sealing intact and shows no signs of tampering around the edges or base. The granules inside should be uniform in colour and texture, never clumped or wet-looking, and the aroma when opened must be distinctly caramel and coffee without any staleness or chemical smell. If the seal looks disturbed, the contents appear discoloured, or the smell seems off, the pack may have been refilled or stored poorly before reaching you.

What is the right way to use this coffee and how often?

Simply place one heaped teaspoon of granules into your mug and pour hot water directly over them, stirring well until fully dissolved. You can enjoy this coffee daily if you wish—one 50g pack typically yields around 20 to 25 mugs depending on how strong you prefer your drink. Start with one teaspoon and adjust upward only if the flavour feels too weak for your taste.

What should I expect the first time I open this?

When you first open the pack, you will notice dry instant coffee granules with a noticeable caramel and biscuit aroma, quite different from regular black coffee. The taste is smooth and sweet with clear caramel notes, so if you normally drink unsweetened coffee this may feel richer than you expect. Allow yourself two or three cups before deciding if the flavour matches what you are looking for.

• Instant coffee granules ready to dissolve in hot water within seconds.
• Caramel and biscuit flavour mixed throughout the product itself, not sprayed on.
• 50g pack yields approximately 20 to 25 standard mugs at normal strength.
