How can you spot a genuine Aveeno pack from a refilled bottle?

When your cream arrives, check the seal under the pump cap—it should be factory-tight and show no signs of tampering or rewrapping. The label printing must be sharp and clear with no smudging, and the batch code on the bottom should be embossed, not sticker-applied. If the cap twists off too easily or the bottle feels light for its 300ml volume, the contents may have been replaced with a cheaper refill.

What is the right way to apply this cream and how often should you use it?

Squeeze a small amount onto your palm and massage it gently into clean, dry skin on your arms, legs, and body until fully absorbed. Most users apply it once or twice daily depending on their skin's dryness, and you will find that one application feels non-greasy within a few minutes. Start with a modest amount each time, as the formula spreads easily and a little covers a large area.

What should a first-time user expect when they begin using this product?

Your skin will feel softer within the first few applications, though dramatic changes take a week or two of regular use. Some people notice a light fragrance typical of Aveeno's range, and the texture absorbs without leaving a sticky residue on clothing. If you have very sensitive skin, patch-test on a small area first to ensure you tolerate the formula well.
