How can you verify this imported chair hasn't been refilled or relabelled locally?
When you receive your Office Cubicles Chair (FT-V07) from Furnitex, the packaging itself tells you whether this is a genuine factory import or a locally repackaged item. You should look carefully at the box seams—authentic imported furniture arrives in sealed, uniform factory packaging with consistent printing on all sides, whereas a repacked chair will show signs of tape residue, uneven labels, or mismatched print quality where local sellers have opened and resealed the original box. The Furnitex label and batch information should be crisp, aligned properly, and printed directly onto the packaging rather than applied as a sticker overtop of different manufacturer branding.
Examine the chair frame itself before you accept delivery, because genuine Furnitex imports from China maintain consistent metalwork, welding patterns, and fabric stitching throughout the entire piece, while repackaged or refurbished chairs often show repair marks, inconsistent colour matching between parts, or loose fasteners that suggest prior use. The upholstery should feel uniform to the touch without thin spots or worn areas, and all adjustment mechanisms—if present—should move smoothly without grinding or catching, which indicates the chair has never been sat in before leaving the factory.
What is the correct way to set up and position yourself in this visitor chair?
Your Office Cubicles Chair (FT-V07) requires only minimal assembly, typically just securing the base to the seat column and adjusting any height mechanisms if your model includes them, which you can accomplish in under five minutes using basic tools that usually come included in the box. Once assembled, you should position the chair so that when you sit with your back against the backrest, your feet rest flatly on the floor with your knees at roughly ninety degrees, because this posture distributes your weight evenly and prevents strain during meetings or extended conversations with visitors.
The seat depth and backrest angle are pre-engineered for typical office interactions lasting between fifteen minutes and two hours, so you don't need to make micro-adjustments for different people—simply sit down and the chair's design supports standard adult proportions automatically. Keep the chair on a flat, level floor away from doorways or high-traffic areas where casters might roll unexpectedly, and if your space includes carpet, ensure the chair sits on a stable surface rather than uneven fabric bunching.
How often will this chair need maintenance, and what should a new owner expect regarding durability?
The FT-V07 is manufactured to withstand continuous daily use in busy office environments, meaning you can reasonably expect this chair to serve your workspace for three to five years of regular visitor seating without significant degradation, provided you follow basic care practices like wiping the seat and backrest monthly with a dry cloth to prevent dust buildup. You should not expect to replace parts frequently—the frame welding and fastener quality from Furnitex's Chinese manufacturing ensures that normal office wear won't loosen joints or create wobbling, so most owners will use this chair for years without returning to a tool kit after initial assembly.
Seasonal changes in temperature and humidity won't compromise the frame or fabric significantly, because industrial office furniture is engineered for varied indoor environments where air conditioning and heating fluctuate throughout the year. If you notice the seat feeling less firm after many months, this is normal compression in the padding rather than a defect—it doesn't affect safety or basic function, and the chair will continue to support visitors safely. Minor scratches or small fabric snags don't warrant replacement parts; they're cosmetic marks that accumulate naturally in working offices without reducing the chair's structural integrity or usability.
Who should avoid using this chair, or what limitations should you know about before purchasing?
The Office Cubicles Chair (FT-V07) is designed specifically for adults of typical proportions in standard office settings, so you should not expect this chair to serve individuals requiring specialized medical support equipment, mobility aids, or ergonomic modifications beyond what the standard frame provides. Very large individuals—those significantly above average adult weight ranges—may experience reduced comfort or potential frame stress over extended periods, which is why Furnitex publishes weight specifications that you should review before ordering if your typical visitors fall outside standard proportions.
This is fundamentally a guest seating solution rather than a primary work chair, meaning it's not intended for people who spend eight consecutive hours sitting in the same position daily, and using it as your permanent desk chair will likely cause discomfort within a few hours of continuous sitting. The chair lacks the advanced lumbar support, seat tilt mechanisms, and armrest adjustability that dedicated task chairs provide, so if someone in your office needs daily all-day seating, they require a different product category. Additionally, this chair is not suitable for outdoor environments, wet areas, or spaces subject to temperature extremes, as the fabric and frame materials are engineered for climate-controlled indoor office spaces only.
What shipping options and delivery arrangements does ShampooBD offer for this furniture item?
Your Office Cubicles Chair (FT-V07) ships nationwide from ShampooBD with cash-on-delivery payment available, meaning you can inspect the package and verify the chair's condition before handing over payment to the courier, which provides security for large furniture purchases where you want to confirm quality before committing funds. The price displayed on this page reflects the chair's cost at ShampooBD, and a separate delivery charge calculated during checkout covers the courier service to your address, with that delivery fee varying based on your location within Bangladesh and the courier's current rate schedule.
When the chair arrives, the courier will bring it to your address within the standard nationwide delivery window, and you should inspect the box immediately for shipping damage before accepting it—dents in the box don't necessarily mean the chair inside is damaged, but crushed corners or torn packaging warrant a closer look before you sign the receipt. If you discover damage during unpacking, document it with photographs and contact ShampooBD within the return period so that a replacement can be shipped to you, because Furnitex's packaging is designed to protect the chair through normal courier handling, and significant damage usually indicates a courier mishap rather than a manufacturing defect.
Does this chair arrive with all necessary hardware and assembly instructions included?
The Office Cubicles Chair (FT-V07) ships as a complete package from Furnitex with every bolt, fastener, and assembly component included in the box, so you won't need to make additional purchases at local hardware shops to get the chair functional and ready for your first visitor to sit down. The instruction sheet or assembly guide arrives printed inside the package in clear diagrams—usually without requiring fluent English, as furniture assembly instructions rely heavily on visual step-by-step illustrations that show exactly where each part connects and in what order.
You'll need only basic hand tools that most offices already have—typically a wrench or hex key set—though some models arrive with tools included in the packaging itself, so check the box contents before assuming you need to gather equipment. Assembly takes approximately five to ten minutes for a person with basic mechanical comfort, and the process is straightforward enough that you can complete setup without specialist help, allowing you to deploy the chair immediately after delivery rather than waiting for a furniture installer to become available.
