How can you spot a genuine Arencia bottle from a fake or refilled one?
When your package arrives, examine the bottle's seal carefully before opening—it should be intact and show no signs of tampering or previous use. The label must be crisp and aligned properly, with clear printing and no bubbles or wrinkles underneath the plastic. If liquid has leaked during transit or the seal appears compromised, contact us immediately rather than use the product.
What is the right way to apply this vitamin C booster and how often should you use it?
Apply just two to three drops to clean, dry skin each morning or evening before your moisturiser, gently patting it in with your fingertips. New users often notice their skin feels slightly tingly at first, which is normal as your skin adjusts to concentrated vitamin C. Start with three times per week if your skin is sensitive, then gradually increase frequency as you feel comfortable.
How long will this 30ml bottle last and how should you store it at home?
A single bottle typically lasts four to six weeks with daily use since only a few drops are needed per application. Keep it in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and humidity, ensuring the cap is sealed tightly after each use to prevent oxidation. Once opened, the formula remains potent for approximately twelve weeks if stored properly and kept away from direct sunlight.
