How do I spot a genuine Al Haramain Oyuny Attar from a refilled bottle?
Genuine imported packs arrive with factory sealing intact on the cap and a clear batch code printed on the label, never handwritten or faded. The amber glass should feel substantial and the liquid inside must be uniform in colour with no separation, cloudiness, or discolouration that suggests previous opening or dilution. Counterfeit or refilled versions often show loose caps, smudged printing, or bubbles trapped in the oil that hint at poor refilling practices.
What is the correct way to apply this attar and how often should I use it?
Al Haramain Oyuny Attar is a concentrated fragrance oil applied sparingly to pulse points—your wrists, inner elbows, and neck—where body heat naturally releases the scent throughout your day. A single drop per pulse point is enough for most users; first-time buyers should start conservatively and adjust based on how long the fragrance lasts on your skin. Most people find one 20ml bottle provides three to four months of daily wear when applied this way.
What should a new user expect when they first open this product?
Your attar will arrive in a dark glass bottle designed to protect the fragrance from light and heat damage during storage and transit. The scent develops gradually on your skin over five to ten minutes as the oil warms, reaching its full character by midday and holding through the evening with proper application. Store the sealed bottle in a cool, dry place and always cap it tightly after use to prevent evaporation and maintain the fragrance's potency for months ahead.
